Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you now have 20 days to return as we’ve extended our policy due to to give you some extra time due to the current uncertain circumstances.

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay as soon as we get the item back. We will let you know as soon as we have issued the refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Please send us an email to info@playcotton.com

and let us know your order number, what you are sending back. Please inform us within 7 days from receiving your order you would like to return it. You have 20 days to send it back to us unworn please.

2. Pack your garment in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).

3. Please ship the items in the post to us, We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. Returns should be sent to the following address: We will email you our address.
