Shipping policy

Once order has been placed we aim to post out within the next few days. Once order has been shipped we will then send you a tracking number. 

Handmade products may take a little. 

We use Royal Mail to ship out goods. (Please see the options below.) 

Play Cotton can't be held responsible for lost post but, we will do all the contacting on your behalf with Royal Mail to find out what has happened and what the next steps are. 

Royal mail will give out refunds if the item has been missing for more than 20 days. Once refund is made you'll get the money straight back into your account how you paid for the order.
